Will Pauga has worked in construction as a General Superintendent, Project Coordinator, and Project Manager. In 2006, he began working at Southwest Contracting Ltd as a Project Manager of the Special Projects Division. While serving in this capacity, Will had the opportunity to take over the business from the previous owners. In 2014, he and his partners took over the company and have owned it for the last 10 years.
As the President of SWC, Will expanded his involvement in advocating for the Trade Contractor Division as the Division Chair at the Vancouver Regional Construction Association. He has also served on the Board of Directors and the Executive of the VRCA and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors at VRCA. He brings a vast array of experience all the way from the trenches to the boardroom.
