If you have more than one asset, please create a folder with your name on it and place all materials inside that folder. Note that some files that reach over 1 gigabyte in size may need to be sent via a file transfer app. For this, use the free service WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/) and send directly to kathleen.stoehr@informa.com.

Uploading Files

• When naming your file, do not include special symbols (such as $ &, /, + etc) and try to keep the naming convention to less than 30 characters.
• Make certain your last name is part of the file for ease in identifying.
• Follow the prompts from Dropbox to drag your file or folder into the system.
