2026 Booth Pricing

Minimum booth size: 10’ x 10’ = 100 square feet

Early Bird Pricing: $35.50 per square foot (until 5/28/25)

Advanced Pricing: $36.750 per square foot (5/29/25 to 12/13/25)

Standard Pricing: $38.00 per square foot (12/14/25 to 3/4/26)


Standard Corner Charge Pricing: $295 per corner* (on or after 3/9/25)

*Corner charges waived for booths 400 square feet and larger

All booths are required to take the Basic Booth Package ($329) or select an upgraded package for additional exposure.


Exhibitor Basic Booth Package

  • (2) exhibitor badges per 10’ x 10’ for your booth staff

  • Basic Branding Package Digital: (Additional $329 required fee to square footage price)

    • Lead Retrieval

    • Digital listing in the 2026 mobile app and on the conference website

  • Opportunities for pre-show promotions and advertising exclusively reserved for exhibitors
