After 15 years in corporate real estate and being the only female executive in a local real estate development company, Jennifer has created a company that combines all of the things that she loves. Business and project management skills, organization, negotiation and communication skills are necessary to create the perfect day and Jennifer possesses all of these attributes. She has planned weddings, non-profit fundraisers, wedding and baby showers and corporate events. Her degree in English Literature nurtures her creative side, while her business savvy keeps your wedding on budget and on schedule. She takes pride in the ability to provide flawless execution, personalized service and attention to every detail.

During her down time, Jennifer loves to watch college football (Go Seminoles) read (an intense addiction to trashy, romance novels), spend time with her amazing son, enjoy a fabulous meal, travel to far away places and even sometimes take a nap. She is blessed to have the unconditional support of her husband (He even watches Say Yes to the Dress with her and provides expert commentary on the bridal fashion.)

Jennifer donates her time to such groups as Easter Seals, Center for Child Counseling, The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and has a Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College. She currently serves as the Vice President for WIPA Southeast Florida (Wedding Industry Professionals Association).

Oh Niki Occasions is a full-service planning and design firm specializing in Destination Weddings & Events throughout the world. Founded in NYC in 2015, the Oh Niki Occasions team is now headquartered in The Palm Beaches and produces destination weddings & events globally.

Owner and Creative Director, Oniki Hardtman is a Wedding Industry Educator on the topic of Destination Weddings and Travel Expert who is Certified as a Destination Specialist with several Travel/Hospitality brand and destination partners throughout the world.

As a graduate of NYC Fashion Institute of Technology, Oniki is a veteran of the fashion industry where her beginnings in Bridal were as a shoe designer for several notable brands. After years of coordinating events on the rare weekends off that she was not overseeing design & development in Asia or trend spotting in Europe, Oniki ultimately founded Oh Niki Occasions to lend her keen eye for design on a more meaningful level to couples across the globe.

Recently named as one of the top Destination Wedding Planners in the World, Oniki is a founding member of the NSBWEP, a board member of WIPA Southeast Florida and a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, Ethos West Collective and more.

Tracy Fox was practically born into the party industry, beginning her journey at just 12 years old. While her mother and aunt crafted imaginative events for friends and charity galas, Tracy found herself immersed in the creative process—earning extra spending money after school and on weekends.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from Emerson College and traveling the world, Tracy returned to her roots in New York City and the Tri-State area. In 1987, she took the helm as Manager of the company’s New York office, bringing fresh energy and a refined eye for design.

Years of learning alongside her mother and mentor, combined with a deep passion for event artistry, solidified her place in the industry. Marrying Marty Fox, a leading vendor from Almar Party Rentals, only reinforced her lifelong connection to the world of celebrations. Today, as President & Creative Director of Party Artistry, Tracy continues to lead with innovation, ensuring that every event is nothing short of spectacular.
