Event Type: This is a culinary and cultural experience event, blending historical, contemporary, and futuristic elements to showcase the evolution of food and the event industry.
Suggested Attire: The dress code is stylish and fun! Feel free to dress up with a mix of vintage, modern, or futuristic vibes—whatever makes you feel great!
Tickets: Required for entry. Included with All Access, Premium Pass, or purchase separately.
Transportation: Buses will shuttle from Hilton Marina, Renaissance Marina, Embassy Suites and W Fort Lauderdale from 6:30pm-9pm. Buses will shuttle back to same hotels from 9pm-10pm.

Boris Seymore is the Executive Chef and owner of BDS Catering & Productions. Trained at the Lincoln Culinary Institute, Chef Boris’ specialty is serving great tasting food that people enjoy eating and sharing. Crediting his ability to adapt and adjust, he studied the art of food, became knowledgeable of food pairings, flavors, and seasonings and found an appreciation for a diverse palate of cuisine. His dedication paired with his vibrant sense of humor and obvious skills in the kitchen has allowed him to serve a multitude of clients from differing backgrounds and cook anything from Asian Fusion to Soul Food. His living mission is offering turnkey solutions for private and corporate clients that are executed flawlessly. Nothing brings people together quite like great food and Chef Boris is an expert when it comes to creating delicious meals that fill you up and leave your taste buds yearning for more. Former retail manager and event producer, Boris Seymore knew that when it came to hosting unforgettable events he had the magic touch. From promotion to sound and lighting, Boris was a skilled expert at putting together amazing events for clients and performers in his hometown. What he didn’t know was that one day he’d not only own a premiere event planning brand, but he’d also be a well respected and sought after chef. At that very moment, he knew that he’d found his true calling. As you can imagine, word quickly spread and before he knew it he was in high-demand.

My name is Jenice Stallings, I am the co-founder and co-owner of Styles By Stallings Events & Decor and the Creative’s Experience. I have the amazing opportunity to work alongside my loving and supportive husband and co-owner, Rodney. With limited knowledge of entrepreneurship, minimal resources and absolutely no inventory, we started our event design business from our dining room table in 2010. I will be honest, we struggled year after year to navigate through the trials of our new business and we experienced many obstacles. I will never forget the days I would pray and cry because I felt lost and discouraged. At that time, I did not know the proper steps to convert my passion into a profit, the formula to attracting the ideal client, or the knowledge to improve the quality of our services. After many years in business, I finally decided to take a leap of faith and invest in education. I enrolled in an event design course and earned an Accredited Event Designer certificate. Next, we connected with a consultant to help us properly structure our business. Since then, I have enrolled in several other floral design and business classes. I am constantly studying business, events and floral designs so I can continue to attract the ideal client. I consider myself a forever student, I love learning. I made the decision to become what I wished I had in 2010, when we first started our business and all the years when we were fighting to grow.
