Tickets: Required for entry. Included with All Access, Premium Pass, or purchase separately.
Transportation: Buses will shuttle from the Fairmont and Hilton Garden Inn starting at 6.45pm. Other host hotels are walkable. Final return shuttle leaves venue at 10:30pm.

Lindsey finds satisfaction in bringing clients' visions to life, and working with Contigo Catering has provided her with an environment that fosters her ability to be versatile and creative, as no two events are the same. In addition to being a 12 year hospitality veteran, she’s also a mother to two daughters, a certified yoga instructor, a crafting expert, and a Halloween enthusiast.
Sarah Surprise, Whim Hospitality
Sarah Surprise, a seasoned Wedding and Event Planner & Designer with an impressive track record at Verve Austin Event Management (and beyond!). With nearly two decades of dedicated service to the hospitality industry, Sarah has consistently delivered exceptional events for her clients and cherished "friendors." Her passion lies in bringing dream events to life – and let me tell you, she consistently exceeds expectations. Sarah is not only a creative force but also an accomplished alumna of the Culinary Institute of America, holding a B.A. Degree in Hospitality Management and an Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts. Throughout her illustrious career, she has held pivotal roles as General Manager and Director of Catering at renowned establishments such as Marriott International, TPG Hotels & Resorts, Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa, and We-Ko-Pa Resort & Conference Center.
