AC Klunder is the National Director of Event Operations & Training for Varsity Spirit and has spent more than 12 years in event operations, procurement, and partnership leadership roles. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with venues, convention and visitors bureaus, hotels, and community stakeholders to support and grow major events. Her experience includes leading events such as NCA All-Star Nationals, which brings more than 80,000 attendees annually to Houston, as well as multiple events in Fort Worth and Daytona Beach that attract more than 30,000 attendees each year. AC is passionate about building long-term partnerships rooted in trust, collaboration, and a team-first approach, creating lasting value for organizations, host communities, and event participants alike.
