Adam has served as the CEO of USA Artistic Swimming for the last seven and a half years. In his time as the CEO the organization has evolved into a high performing national governing body. Most notably the USA Artistic Swimming Olympic Team captured their first Olympic medal in 20 years and their first Olympic Games appearance in 16. In addition to his time at USAAS. Adam worked for USA Field Hockey, the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee and US Collegiate Athletic Association. Adam also serves as the Chair of the Association of Chief Executives of Sports and the Treasurer the National Council of Youth Sports.
