Profile

Alix joined Prestige Global Meeting Source in 2021 as a hotel and meetings consultant. With 20+ years of hospitality/events experience, Alix has worked for organizations such as Caesars Entertainment, Marriott, Hilton and IHG properties. ||A master networker, Alix has extensive connections in the Pacific NW, and was on the board of the Meeting Professionals International WA State Chapter, as their VP of Communications and VP of Membership. In 2017, he co-founded the Just Because Happy Hour (JBHH) as a way to help create an inclusive community between hospitality suppliers and planners, in in a casual and relaxed environment. Alix tries to say yes to every travel opportunity he can, so he could be a better resource for his customers. His services are free to his clients, paid for via a commission, which does not increase the groups' rates.
