Cameron Curtis, CMM, CAE, is the Founder and CEO of C2 Association Strategies where she serves as CEO of the LGBT Meeting Professionals Association. She brings more than 25 years of association management experience to organizations that need people-first leadership, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. She has served as chief staff executive for nine associations across healthcare, recycling, media, and the global events industry. Her accomplishments include navigating a federal lawsuit related to the No Surprises Act, strategic planning, governance transformation, and building infrastructure for global patient healthcare registries.
Cameron chairs the CAE Commission for ASAE and holds both the CAE and CMM credentials. She is a contributing author in Deserts to Mountaintops (2023), where her chapter, "The Sound of Resilience," explores risk-taking and reclaiming her voice.
