Christine Herring is a sports business executive with more than 15 years of experience leading strategy, business development, operations, partnerships, and revenue growth across the youth sports industry. As Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for Athletx Sports Group, she oversees initiatives spanning sales, finance, marketing, event operations, and organizational growth, helping drive some of the nation’s premier youth baseball and softball events.

A former NCAA Division I Track & Field student-athlete at the University of Louisville, Christine has built a career at the intersection of athletics, business, and leadership. Her experience includes roles in collegiate athletics, fundraising, event management, and sports business operations. Known for her ability to build meaningful relationships, create strategic partnerships, and navigate complex challenges, she is passionate about developing opportunities that positively impact athletes, families, and communities. She is also a strong advocate for women in sports leadership and is committed to mentoring the next generation of young professionals.

Christine’s leadership philosophy is grounded in hard work, humility, authenticity, and continuous growth. Outside of her professional life, she is a proud mother of two active boys whose athletic pursuits keep her on the move year-round. When she’s not at a ballpark, you can find her with a good book, catching up on the latest must-watch television series, staying active, or enjoying a crisp glass of white wine with family and friends.
