Kylee Webb is the Membership Services Manager at USA Softball, where she leads national membership engagement initiatives, supports local associations, and helps coordinate major events, including the USA Softball Annual Council Meeting. She is passionate about building relationships, strengthening community connections, and growing opportunities within the sport of softball.

Before joining USA Softball, Kylee spent six years as an English teacher and high school softball coach, where she developed a passion for mentoring others, creating impactful programs, and fostering leadership both in the classroom and on the field. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Southern Nazarene University and brings a unique blend of education, sports administration, and community engagement to her work. Kylee is excited to share her experiences and insights on creating meaningful connections that strengthen organizations and inspire participation in sports.
