As Co-Founder and CEO of VaynerSpeakers, Zach Nadler has spent his career representing some of the most influential leaders and personalities. Since launching VaynerSpeakers in 2018 with longtime client and now business partner Gary Vaynerchuk (@GaryVee), Zach’s work has reimagined the traditional talent model, under the principle that no two events are the same.

Under his leadership, VaynerSpeakers has become one of the fastest-growing companies within VaynerX. Simultaneously, he spent three years as Head of Programming for VeeCon—the first of its kind NFT-ticketed super conference—where he led programming for 500+ speakers at the intersection of business, innovation, and pop culture. Over the course of his career, Zach has driven almost $100M in sales and booked keynote speakers at almost 4,000 events.

Before founding VaynerSpeakers, Zach was a top sales agent at CAA, working with talent like Al Pacino, Malala Yousafzai, President Joe Biden, Arnold Schwarzenegger and more. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Sports & Entertainment Marketing at Premier Management Group, where he represented Olympians who brought home over 20 gold medals at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. During his time at CAA, Zach also pioneered the agency’s comic convention practice and developed national tours, including AC2: Deep Talk and Shallow Tales with Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen.

An NYU grad and Massachusetts native, Zach now splits his time between New York City and Woodstock, NY, where he lives with his wife, daughter, their dog Lucy—and a prized collection of vintage vinyl.
