Registration & Informa Connect Team:

The registration desk can be found in the Howard Building. It will be signposted onsite on your arrival.

You will be able to check in to your room from 14:00 and can store your luggage in the Howard Building until that time.

The conference documentation will be delivered electronically on your arrival, so we recommend bringing a laptop with you.

The event is accredited with 30 CPD hours. You will receive a certificate on completion of the Summer School.

Our team will be staffing the desk throughout the week during conference hours so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Facilities

All bedrooms are private, with ensuite bathrooms and are cleaned on a daily basis.

Tea and coffee-making facilities are provided in the room.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

There is a small gym at the College which can be used by Summer School attendees.

Most delegates wear smart casual for the week (please check the forecast as it can get quite chilly in the evenings in September, especially when we're punting!)

We encourage formal wear/black tie for the gala dinner on Thursday evening but this is not a requirement.
