- Please use this link to Register as a Speaker (An individual who is speaking at the event and does not fall under other registration categories such as Sponsor or Retailer.)

We recommend you make a reservation as soon as possible to take advantage of our group rates as the host hotel fills up quickly!

Convenience Retailing University's group hotel rate is $320 + tax (based on availability) per night. The group rate expires on Friday, January 16, 2026. This rate is based on availability.
To make your hotel reservation: Once registered, you will receive a separate housing email with details on how to book your reservation. If you haven't received this email, please contact us by clicking here.
Cancellation Policy: To avoid a cancellation fee of one night room & tax, reservations should be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date.
Submit Session Title & Description (Due ASAP)
Session titles and descriptions will be included on our event website and mobile app’s agenda. Session titles will be used for onsite signage.

Complete Your Speaker Profile (Due ASAP)
To create a speaker profile we will need the following items. Please note that what is submitted for the speaker profile will be displayed on our event website and mobile app.
- First and last name
- Job Title
- Company Name
- Headshot: high resolution
- Bio: 75 - 250 words
Submit Session Management Form (Due ASAP)
Please use this form to indicate AV and room needs for your session such as microphone and barstool count. This is also where you will approve or deny sharing any presentation or applicable materials.
Submit Final Presentation (Due Friday, February 20th)
Final Presentations are due by Friday, February 20th (if applicable).

By submitting a speaker's headshot and bio as part of agreeing to speak at the event, you certify that you have permission and authority to provide Informa use of the content submitted via email and within the speaker profile form.
