CSP's Category Manager of the Year
What is CMOY?
For the past decade, the Category Manager of the Year Award (CMOY) honors those who exemplify the future of the convenience-store industry, foster meaningful relationships, and drive innovative thinking. Two winners will be chosen per category from a pool of nominated candidates who represent both small and large chains. The winners will announced during Convenience Retailing University 2027 in Austin, TX.
How to Nominate
Know a category manager who deserves recognition? Nominate them for Category Manager of the Year!
Anyone can submit a nomination. The category managers who receive the most nominations will advance to the next round.
Nominees should demonstrate the ability to:
- Drive sales through innovative, data-driven thinking
- Influence their company and the convenience retailing industry
- Understand their customers and markets
- Build meaningful industry relationships
On the nomination form, tell us why your nominee deserves the award and share what makes them stand out.
