The CSP Foodservice Forum is an annual industry event that brings together convenience store retailers and suppliers to focus on prepared food programs, menu trends, and foodservice category management. The forum features expert speakers, the latest research, and innovative approaches to convenience-store foodservice to help retailers optimize their food and beverage offerings for increased profitability and customer satisfaction.

The 2026 CSP Foodservice Forum will take place from Wednesday, June 10, through Friday, June 12, 2026, at the Renaissance Schaumburg in Schaumburg, IL.

The forum covers all aspects of convenience-store foodservice programs, including menu development and food trends, equipment selection and kitchen design, profitability and pricing strategies, marketing and merchandising of prepared foods, integration of foodservice with other store categories, and more. Sessions address both operational excellence and strategic growth opportunities for c-store foodservice programs of all sizes.

The forum is ideal for convenience retailers, category managers, foodservice directors, operations executives, and anyone responsible for foodservice strategy and sales. Suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and service providers in the convenience foodservice industry will also benefit from attending to connect with retail decision-makers and showcase their solutions.

Retailer:
An individual who works, manages or owns a retail outlet in the convenience and petroleum industry.

C-Store Foodservice Forum is not utilizing the services of any housing agent or third party and the host hotel will never reach out to attendees to solicit booking rooms. Please only make your accommodations using the link in your registration confirmation email.

The group rate is $199 + tax (based on availability).

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.
