Vassil is Associated Partner at BAC, responsible for energy projects. He has more than 20 years of experience in project finance, capital markets and investment banking in CEE region with a focus on energy. His expertise encompasses project finance, asset management and M&A transactions in the field of natural gas (pipelines), thermal energy (TPPs, district heating, co-gens), green energy (solar, wind, green tech, etc.), energy storages, etc. Vassil has also been professor in Project finance and Theory of investments at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.

In the last 7 years Vassil has also been Chairman of the Management board of Sofia Tech Park Jsc. Which manages the Labs complex with 11 labs (covering from biotech to cybersecurity) and the supercomputer Discoverer.
