Accommodation expenses are not covered within the cost of attendance. All participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation separately. Special rates are available for Decentralized Clinical Trials 2025 attendees at the Aloft Boston Seaport District Hotel by Marriott.

Any hotel bookings made by individuals not attending the event may be subject to cancellation by the organizer and/or the hotel management.
