Jane is a Coach, facilitator, consultant and trainer who believes wholeheartedly that all people can be motivated to make a difference.

Jane is never happier than when a client asks her to undertake an “impossible” challenge. Working with both individuals and teams, Jane’s main focus is on Personal Effectiveness and Motivation. Jane had 7 years of Operational Production Management experience and 5 years of Senior HR Management experience before she started her consultancy, which has now been running successfully for 16 years. Her clients are both in the Private and public sector and her assignments tend to be ‘everything and anything’ to do with people.

Jane helped Kent Fire and rescue service achieve Key Performance indicators for answering 999 calls and runs a yearly programme to assess staff feeling and review balanced scorecard for Armitage Venesta. Jane has a fairly unorthodox approach to most assignments because she strongly believes that all people are different and need different solutions.
