Certificate of Insurance (Required)

As an exhibitor participating at the Pricing and Contracting USA Exhibition, you must have adequate liability insurance to protect the attending public, the show organizer, and yourself. To participate in the event, exhibitors must submit proof of coverage that meet the requirements below:

• The policy needs to be in effect from September 23rd - 25th, 2026
• Comprehensive General Liability to cover bodily injury and property damage to third persons, including Personal and Advertising injury limits and Products + Completed Operations coverage of no less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate.
• Required Additional Insured: Informa Connect, Philadelphia Marriott Downtown
• Certificate holder: Informa Connect LLC, parent company of Transparency & HCP Aggregate USA 2026, 24 School Street, 2nd Floor, Boston, MA 02108

If you have your own Insurance coverage for the event, please provide a valid Certificate of Insurance that meets the above requirements. To submit this, you must either upload your Certificate of Insurance to Exhibitor Insurance | Trade Show Conference and Event or send via email to Kodia Baye-Cigna for review and approval. If you need to purchase insurance, you can also purchase from the Exhibitor Insurance site here or any local insurance agency.
