Jackie is the Director of Business Transformation at Raisin, where she leads the 1st Line Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team and manages the relationship with Raisin’s service bank, overseeing both operational and business change initiatives.

Before joining Raisin, Jackie spent 9 years at Deutsche Bank, where she most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for Risk Management Solutions within the Corporate Bank Sales division. In this role, she led a global, multi-year program to redesign governance and enhance front-office controls for FX derivatives, while driving numerous regulatory and strategic projects. Jackie’s tenure at Deutsche Bank also included significant work in Group Treasury, focusing on Liquidity and Balance Sheet Management.

Earlier in her career, Jackie worked as a Management Consultant at KPMG and EY, advising global banks and blue-chip companies on major regulatory and change initiatives within the financial risk management space.
