Robin has led minority equity investments into start-ups and scale-ups through the Lloyds Banking Group Corporate Venture Capital team.
He has invested in sectors obviously aligned to the bank (fintech, proptech, Gen AI) as well as those areas that are less obviously strategic (digital identity, blockchain infrastructure, automotive ecosystem). The team's ambition is to accelerate the bank's strategic goals through investing in companies that can achieve them faster or cheaper.
Robin lives in North London with his wife and his two young girls (and, if his negotiations go right, hopefully a puppy)
