Suraya has spent over 15 years understanding the human in the financial customer experience, working with global and local banks and insurers at leading research firms. At Informa, she heads a team of digital banking experts analysing over 200 financial providers’ digital channels to provide a customer-centric view of the user experience.
Having started her research career at TNS-Research International in 2004, her expertise spans the range of financial services across the globe, with experience of leading customer experience programmes for leading market research institutes. Suraya understands the importance of customer experience to business success through a deep history of working in the financial world, including pioneering a global mobile payments and open banking segmentation for Ipsos MORI.
Suraya has a M.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of St. Andrews and an M.Phil. in International Relations from the University of Cambridge.
