As Head of Strategic Planning at Lloyds Banking Group, Thea is responsible for optimising the Group's portfolio of change and defining the cross-divisional long-term roadmap for Lloyds Banking Group. Prior to this, Thea was the Product Owner for Digital Payments - delivering all change for payments journeys in Lloyds' digital channels. With a varied career across a diverse financial services projects in strategy, product launch, operating model design and M&A, she has a passion and impatience to get to the best possible Bank of the Future.
