Before Alibaba Cloud, Yi Wang held the position of General Counsel at Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited and served as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs (Asia) Limited. Her expertise in the legal field is further underscored by her experience in US securities law, having practiced at renowned firms such as Latham & Watkins LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

With over 15 years of extensive capital markets experience, Yi Wang specializes in initial public offerings (IPOs), securities issuance, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.
