Henry Yan is a Director at Mizuho Americas TMT Investment & Corporate Banking and he is focused on the FinTech sector. Based in New York, Henry has more than 12 years of investment banking experience, providing strategic advisory and financing support to clients in the FinTech and broader technology and financial services sectors. Prior to joining Mizuho, Henry worked at Jefferies with a focus on Technology, Media and Telecom. Prior to that, Henry was in the FinTech coverage team at PwC, advising clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Henry began his career at Deutsche Bank in the Financial Institutions Group. Henry holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
