Philip writes analysis that advises clients on the issues driving technological change in financial services. He has particular expertise in open banking, digital payments and mobile wallets. Philip is a regular columnist for Fintech Futures where he looks at the “state of play” of different subsectors in the fintech industry and is a judge for the PayTech Awards. Philip was recognised as a “Who’s Who in Fintech” by Onalytica, the world’s largest B2B influencer marketplace, in their 2021 Influential Voices & Brands Fintech report.

Prior to joining Omdia in 2020, Philip spent seven years at Euromonitor, a strategic FMCG market research firm, where he was the lead researcher for consumer behavioral trends in technology, commerce and payments.
