Below you will find information and links that will prepare you for FinovateSpring 2025. Please read carefully through each section below and let us know if you have any questions.

Show Dates & Times
Exhibitors may not set up or tear down outside of the specified times without approval from Show Management.
Please note: these times below may change – you will be informed closer to the event if this is the case.
Exhibitor Move In

*Exhibitor Move Out begins once all attendees are off the show floor. Exhibitors must wait until 2:00 PM to begin packing up or dismantling any portion of their display.
Exhibit Space
All exhibit spaces include an 8-foot drape at the back, and 3-foot black drape side walls.
All standard exhibit space includes:
- 10' D x 10' W footprint (unless indicated on contract otherwise)
- 1 x 6' Black Skirted Table
- 2 x Gray padded chairs
- 1 x Wastebasket
- 1 x 500-watt electrical drop w/ a multistrip
- Lead retrieval service (see more below)
- WiFi will be available throughout the event
- Please note: The Hall where the show takes place in is not carpeted.
All demo booth space includes:
- 6' D x 8'W footprint
- 1 x 1M white counter
- 2 x Gray padded stools
- 1 x Wastebasket
- 1 x 500-watt electrical drop w/ a multistrip
- 1 x TV on a stand
- Lead retrieval service (see more below)
- WiFi will be available throughout the event
- Please note: The Hall where the show takes place in is not carpeted.
Please be advised that you are responsible for ensuring that any equipment or materials brought by yourselves are covered by your own insurance. You should have public liability insurance to cover your attendance at the event. Please submit your insurance here.
Exhibitors must not exceed their allocated space. Event organizers reserve the right to move any items outside the boundaries of your allotted space.

Advance Shipment to GES Warehouse
Start Date: Wednesday, April 1
Last Day: Thursday, May 2
Please note: Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina will not accept any direct shipping.
SHIP TO VENUE
If you would like to ship directly to the venue, you need to ship to the FedEx Office on-site at the Sheraton San Diego.
Please schedule your shipment(s) to arrive four days prior to the event start date to avoid additional storage fees. You will have to collect your items from the FedEx Office on the lobby level and pay a handling fee.

Mon - Fri: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Sat & Sun: CLOSED
BOOTH ORDERS
If you require graphics, booth furnishings, A/V equipment, or additional electrical services (including adapters and extension leads), these must be provided by the exhibitor or alternatively these pieces can be ordered for additional costs through GES.
ALL ADAPTERS & EXTENSION LEADS MUST BE PROVIDED BY EXHIBITORS. INFORMA CONNECT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THESE ON SITE.

HOTEL ROOM BLOCK

Demand for rooms can be very high, so please book early to avoid disappointment. FinovateSpring takes no responsibility for hotel reservations.
Informa Connect does not have a third party hotel booking agency representing this event aside from the above link with HotelMap. If you are contacted to book accommodation by any agency, this is not recommended as they are unknown to Informa Connect, FinovateSpring and the hotel.

REGISTRATION
Staff Badges
If you have completed the Sponsor Info Form, once registration goes live your logistics lead will receive an email from noreplyreg@informa.com to login into VISIT (registration portal). On this portal you can register your staff, please a step by step guide on here on how to register your staff coming onsite to FinovateSpring. Please do not register your company's speaker(s), our conference team will do so.

Complimentary and Discount tickets
Please refer to your contract for the number of complimentary tickets are included with your sponsorship package.
Discount codes will be sent to the logistic lead via email and must be registered online using the provided codes.
INSURANCE
Show Policies and Standards state that every exhibitor is responsible for having insurance. Neither Show Management nor Sheraton San Diego is responsible for injury to persons, loss of, or damage to products, exhibits, equipment or decorations, by fire, accident, theft, or any other causes while in the building.
Lead Scanning & ConnectMe App
At FinovateSpring lead scanning will be done through the the ConnectMe App which means you will use your own smart device to scan your leads.
CONNECTME APP
All staff must be registered in VISIT to gain access to the ConnectMe App. If you are attending and you're registered, please download the ConnectMe App here. (App Code: GF2025).
Access to the app provides you with the most up to date event information including our agenda, attendees, floor plan, schedule meetings as well as access to your lead retrieval scanner.
If you have a exhibit booth at the event, you will have access to a virtual booth on the app. Your exhibit booth will have a QR code displayed, when scanned, will take users to your virtual booth. Each scan will be captured as a lead that you will receive post-event. Please ensure you have your virtual booth set up; you will receive an email about this four weeks prior to show.

ACCESSING YOUR LEADS
You will have real time access to the leads you scan.
Your company's leads will be available in VISIT (registration portal) under 'Connections'. Please log into your VISIT portal to access and download your company's scanned leads.
FINAL LEAD REPORT
In the final lead report, you will have access to all your leads in one report. This will be leads you collect by scanning, anyone who scans your company QR code using the app and audience members during your session if applicable.
The final lead report will be emailed by finovatespring.operations@informa.com the week following the event.
The email will include a link along with a username and password to log in.
LEAD INSIGHTS
If you have purchased Lead Insights as part of your exhibitor or sponsorship package, you will be able to rate, view, manage and export all of your interaction and campaign data. By giving all your team access, you can work together to target these leads pre-event, onsite and post-show, with updates coming through in near real-time. Enriched with 3rd party data, this platform will give you the most comprehensive and professional information about who is engaging with you and how.
Interactions that are visible and exportable on the Lead Insights dashboard include: badge scans, peer-to-peer scans, virtual booth visits via the app, in-app content downloads, requested meetings, scheduled meetings and session saves made in the app.
Access to Lead Insights will be sent out from leadinsights@informa.com, along with more information and an invitation to attend a webinar where we will demo the platform and ensure you have the tools to maximize both your success and your ROI at the event.
Health & Safety
As an exhibitor it is essential that you read the Health & Safety Rules and Information Pack
You should have public liability insurance to cover your attendance at the event. Please submit your insurance here.
GENERAL HEALTH & SAFETY
- All participants must comply with the legislation contained in the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSH Act).
- As an employer, it is your responsibility to ensure any staff/third party contractors comply with the legislation as well as the Exhibitor Health & Safety Rules as agreed upon in your contract.
- Please note that Show Management cannot assume any responsibility or liability for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
- When lifting, test the load for weight, if it’s too heavy or awkward, seek assistance.
Exhibiting Sustainably
At Informa Connect, we have an ambition to become a champion of sustainability within our business and across the specialist markets we serve.
As part of our FasterForward programme, we have committed to a series of specific and ambitious goals and activities that, over a five year period, will help us become an ever more sustainable, high impact business while supporting and accelerating change in our markets.
Permitted Onsite
Core elements i.e. walls, archways, counters etc. must be constructed with reusable materials e.g. system build or stock panels
The stand structure must be prefabricated and ready to assemble onsite
Final adjustments to prefabricated pieces for fitting purposes is allowed
Final coat of acceptable TVOC paints for repair purposes only
Floor flats and system floors must be cut to size before coming onsite and be recyclable and/or reusable
The use of LED lighting
The use of recycled carpet, vinyl flooring, other floor coverings.
Prohibited Onsite
The use of one-time MDF panels or similar raw materials planned to be cutting to size onsite
The use of ‘other’ raw materials to construct core structural elements i.e. walls, archways, floor systems, counters, etc. that are not planned to be reused or recycled after use
Construction of any stand components from single use materials
Building from scratch onsite of any stand core elements
The use of incandescent light bulbs
The use of non-recycled carpet, vinyl flooring, other floor coverings.
