Startup Pitches at Impact+

As part of the May 4 Impact+ Founders & Funders Stage, this session will showcase pitches from early-stage fintech and tech startups to an audience of active investors and fellow innovators.

Pitches are open to fintech and tech startups founded on or after January 1, 2021, with total funding of less than $7M USD. All innovation stages welcome: Idea/Concept, R&D/Market Research, Proof of Concept/Prototype, MVP and similar stages, Alpha, and Beta.

If you’re interested in pitching, please review the details below and submit your application.

Important Note:
Pitch opportunities are limited, and meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection. Final decisions will be made at Finovate's discretion, and startups will be notified of selection in early April.

Who Should Apply to Pitch?

The startup pitches are an opportunity to showcase cutting-edge fintech and financial services innovations to Finovate's influential investor network.

If you can answer "yes" to the following questions, we encourage you to apply:

  1. Are you developing technology for the fintech or financial services ecosystem, such as retail and business banking, asset and wealth management, insurance, compliance, regulation, or similar sectors?
  2. Are you currently raising funding or planning to raise funding within the next 12 months?
  3. Was your company founded on or after January 1, 2021, with total funding of less than $7M USD?
  4. Are you able to purchase a $999 startup pass if selected to pitch?

Requirements for Selected Startups

If your startup is selected to pitch, you agree to the following:

  1. Deliver a four-minute investor pitch with a slide deck in person on May 4.
  2. Submit your finalized slide deck to Finovate by April 29. (Note: No changes will be accepted after this date.)
  3. Purchase a $999 startup pass for the presenter by April 29.

What else do you need to know?
The audience for Impact+ pitches is a select gathering of VCs. If your primary focus at the event is new business, we’d encourage you to demo in front of our larger audience, which includes senior-level bank/FI executives, in addition to investors.
