Ami Iceman-Haueter joined Michigan State University Federal Credit (MSUFCU) in 2019 where she serves as Chief Research and Digital Experience Officer. A committed mentor, Iceman Haueter oversees over 100 employees across the Digital Experience, User Experience, eServices and Research Departments. She leads her teams through the rapidly changing digital landscape forming critical alignments with the Innovation and Digital Service teams. Iceman Haueter thrives on finding creative ways to move concepts to reality resulting in an enhanced member experience across all digital channels. Through her leadership, she has helped MSUFCU surpass $7.7 Billion in assets and serve over 350,000 members. As a visionary leader committed to the Credit Union Movement, Iceman Haueter is a coveted speaker at industry events and serves on the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Technology Executive Council. She expertly leverages member feedback and insights to drive digital change and teaches others to do the same, helping to shape the next generation of digital leaders. Iceman Haueter is committed to lifelong learning, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and minor in public relations from Michigan State University. She completed Filene’s i3 and Next Up through Member’s Development Company, two prestigious Leadership and Innovation Development Programs.As President of the Arts Council of Greater Lansing, Iceman Haueter is dedicated to making her community a more beautiful place to live and work. She is a passionate advocate for philanthropic initiatives and regularly volunteers within her community. Iceman Haueter is a proud Spartan, wife, a doodler, and dog mom to Spud.
