As a Data Science leader at Wells Fargo, Elias launched an innovative advanced analytics program that paired MS analytics graduates with real-world challenges, boosting the bank's analytics capabilities across the U.S. and India. He’s also led teams in designing cutting-edge models that power business applications in personalization, marketing, and more.

He has been active in the dialogue around ethical AI co-authoring papers, editing a book and being an advisor for a global non-profit. Recently he has gained specialized knowledge on Generative AI by pursuing education in renowned universities such as MIT and Emory University.

He has now pivoted to start his consulting practice to empower community banks, credit unions and fintechs to leverage responsible AI for strategic planning.
