Fabiana joined Scotiabank seven years ago and is currently the Director of Fintech Partnership and Innovation, where Fabiana collaborates with various areas across the bank to explore, test, and support the integration of fintech solutions that align with the bank's strategic goals. Prior to this role, Fabiana contributed to shaping the vision for Scotiabank’s International Banking insurance transformation.
Fabiana has experience in the insurance sector within both private (TD Insurance and Aviva) and public sectors ( WSIB – Ontario Workers’ Comp). She has a background in business transformation, project governance, and program delivery. She has held director roles focused on delivering IT strategies, implementing Six Sigma programs, developing channel strategies, and launching digital solutions.
