Jim Colassano is the product management executive for the RTP® Product at The Clearing House. He has over 30 years of experience in payments & cash management and joined TCH in 2016 to help launch their real-time payments program. He has accountability for TCH owner and direct bank relationships with the RTP program and works with these banks on opportunities and applications that cross all segments and use cases. He also has responsibility for product innovation, corporate engagement on RTP and other product expansion activities across TCH. Prior to joining TCH, Jim spent 10 years with HSBC where he served as the Global Product Head for HSBC’s Payables business and had responsibility for their faster payment initiatives worldwide, and 15 with JPMorgan Chase in a variety of senior cash and treasury management roles. He holds Master’s Degrees in Banking and Finance from Pace University.
