Lizzie (Guynn) Hartley is a Partner at TTV Capital, where she focuses on early-stage investments. She is passionate about working with entrepreneurs who use new technology to transform financial services, and she is particularly interested in helping companies navigate the industry so they can develop meaningful partnerships and expand their reach.

Prior to joining TTV, Lizzie was Senior Vice President at Citi Ventures, the corporate strategic investment arm of Citibank. At Citi Ventures, she helped launch and lead the development of Citi Ventures’ digital asset strategy, resulting in a new investment category. Additionally, Lizzie helped lead investments in fintech and support portfolio companies through a strategic partnership with Citi. Her professional experience also includes time in financial services across the utilities and infrastructure sectors.

Lizzie is a highly regarded speaker at fintech industry events. She has spoken at Money 20/20, Fintech Meetup, Finovate Spring, Fintech Retreat, Fintech South, MX Summit, VC Unleashed, and Techstars Foundercon, among others. Lizzie earned her B.A. in Environmental Studies and Economics from Dartmouth College.
