Nicholas Fok is Venture Partner at Erez Capital, a venture capital firm focused in AI, fintech and healthtech. Nicholas is actively involved in sourcing, evaluating and supporting portfolio companies. He also serves on the board of several high-growth fintech and AI startups, advising on strategy and scaling.

Prior to Erez, Nicholas founded and exited Duli Capital, a successful ecommerce company built on advanced analytics and AI-driven optimization. He now applies his entrepreneurial insights to backing the next generation of fintech innovators. Before launching Duli, Nicholas was Director of Global Portfolio Strategy at Liberty Mutual Investments. Earlier in his career, Nicholas held portfolio manager and investment roles at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) and FrontPoint Partners.

He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Master’s in Financial Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
