At S32, she led their investments in Deel and Scale AI, among others, and the firm’s fintech portfolio includes iconic companies like Gusto and Coinbase. S32 is a VC firm investing at the frontiers of technology. Founded by Bill Maris, the team has vast experience building iconic companies and invests across AI, enterprise software, cybersecurity, fintech, quantum, computational biology, and biotechnology. Noa joined S32 from M12, Microsoft's venture fund, and previously held roles of increasing responsibility as an operator at Intel Corporation, where she oversaw valuation, reporting, and forecasting for nearly $1B of working capital. Noa earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and BAs in Economics and Political Science from Emory University / the London School of Economics.
