Speaker

Profile

Pam Kaur is the Head of Platform at Alloy Labs, where she leads the firm’s post-investment and ecosystem strategy — turning ideas into execution across the consortium’s network of member banks and fintech partners. She accelerates collaboration between portfolio companies and banks, helping innovative concepts scale from pilot to production and driving adoption of new technologies across the Alloy Labs Alliance.

Before joining Alloy Labs, Pam served as Head of Bank Technology at BankTech Ventures, where she built the fund’s platform function from the ground up. Her work connected 100+ community banks with fintech innovators and supported the generation of millions in annual recurring revenue for portfolio companies. Her experience sits at the intersection of technology, banking, and venture capital — enabling her to bridge the gap between founders building the future of finance and institutions ready to modernize.

Pam brings over a decade of leadership experience in financial technology, venture operations, and bank innovation. She has advised CEOs, boards, and innovation teams on strategic partnerships, regulatory alignment, and operational transformation. A recognized voice in the fintech ecosystem, she regularly moderates panels, contributes to industry thought leadership, and serves as an advisor and mentor to emerging founders.

Beyond her professional work, Pam is passionate about creating inclusive ecosystems where technology and human connection coexist. She co-founded Tech Sis, a community that empowers women in fintech and technology through mentorship, storytelling, and collaboration. Driven by what she calls “fintech with heart,” Pam believes innovation thrives when anchored in empathy, ethics, and shared purpose.
