Paola Fuertes is the Head of Product at Neivor, a Latin American real estate startup that offers a fintech platform for construction companies, realtors, and property managers. With 15 years of experience, Paola has worked with leading banks in the region in Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Mexico, orchestrating payment processors to leverage business objectives. Neivor has combined the real estate industry and technology into a single platform. They process payment reception in partnership with companies like Mastercard for down payments, rent, and maintenance. Neivor was the first Latin American investment of the Softbank Early Stage Latin America Fund in Mexico, which is now known as Upload Ventures. Neivor has raised $5 million dollars and operates in over 100,000 properties in Latin America.
