Rebecca Mulholland is Senior Policy Advisor for the Financial Data and Technology Association (FDATA), with extensive experience in the financial technology and financial services space. She has spent more than six years with FDATA, where she leads the association’s legislative work on issues ranging from open banking and consumer-permissioned data access to financial data privacy and competition. Rebecca works directly with key members of the United States House of Representatives’ Committees on Financial Services, Small Business, and Energy and Commerce as well as with the United States Senate Banking and Small Business Committees, to advance these efforts.
