Reetika leads Digital for Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking at Wells Fargo. She and her team are focused on accelerating the development and implementation of commercial, corporate and investment banking digital offerings and market competitive capabilities. Her team ensures our clients and partners are successful by providing access to critical digital tools, insights and information to help manage their business where and how they want it.

Prior to Wells Fargo, Reetika was the head of digital for the Commercial Bank at JPMorgan Chase, where she increased client satisfaction of digital assets 75% year-over-year and launched best-in-class functionality across Commercial Banking digital. She also worked at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) as the Global Head of Payments Strategy and Solutions. Reetika collaborated with SVB technology clients at all stages of their lifecycle to help them embed financial services products and solutions, leveraging the bank’s infrastructure. She created and ran Commerce.Innovated, a startup accelerator designed to engage fintech, commerce, and payments startups early in their lifecycle. Reetika has held positions at startups in product development, strategy, and user centered design consulting, and previously worked at Wells Fargo as a payments product owner.

Reetika continues to be passionate about elevating women within the fintech space and supporting new innovation as she is on the Board of Women in Fintech, a non-profit that promotes education and networking. She is also on the Board of Trustees at Mark Day School in Marin, California.

She has received multiple awards and recognition for her work in the payments innovation space;

She has Bachelor of Arts in French and International Relations from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Washington University. Relations from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Washington University.
