Reetika is currently the head of Digital for Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking at Wells Fargo. She and her team are focused on helping Wells Fargo clients manage their businesses with the full suite of digital tools. Reetika is focused on building products, driving innovation, and working collaboratively with business leaders to ensure that all the firm’s assets are leveraged to bring a best-in-class experience to Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking clients.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Reetika was the head of digital for the Commercial Bank at JPMorgan Chase, where she had a similar scope. She also worked at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) as the Global Head of Payments Strategy and Solutions. She worked collaboratively with SVB technology clients at all stages of their lifecycle to help them bring their solutions to market, leveraging the bank’s infrastructure. Among her accomplishments, she spearheaded the collaboration with Stripe to drive instant onboarding for clients (Stripe Atlas). She also created and ran Commerce. Innovated, a startup accelerator in partnership with First Data to engage fintech, commerce, and payments startups early in their lifecycle. Reetika has also held positions at startups in product development, strategy, and user-centered design consulting, and previously worked at Wells Fargo as a payments product owner.
Reetika is on the Board of Trustees at Mark Day School in Marin, California, and is on the Board of Women in Fintech (a non-profit that promotes education and networking). She has also received multiple awards and recognition for her work in the payments innovation space, including recipient of the Top 25 Most Influential Women in Payments for four years in a row (2015-2018), and was recognized in the Innovators to Watch list (#11) for 2015. She also was a Global Power Women in Fintech award recipient in 2015. Reetika was a Presidential Advisory Board member of the ETA (Electronic Transaction Association) and Strategic Advisory Board member at FTV Capital.
She has Bachelor of Arts in French and International Relations from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Washington University.
