Rob Seidman leads Avvance at U.S. Bank responsible for Product, strategic direction, Go-to-Market and scaling the point-of-sale (POS) lending business. Prior to joining U.S. Bank, he was the General Manager of the Long-term lending business and Merchant Product head at Sezzle, a buy-now-pay-later fintech where he launched bank partnerships with Ally Bank, Bread Financial and Oportun, repositioning Sezzle as full-suite POS payments provider.

Prior to Sezzle, he held various SLT roles for Health Credit Services, a fintech start-up lender in the healthcare segment, which was acquired by Ally Bank in 2019. Rob began his career in banking at Lehman Brothers and worked for Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and Bank of America in various roles across Product, Digital Marketing, Segment leadership and Strategy.

He received his MPA from Columbia University and his B.A. in History from the University of Maryland.
