Samer Saab is the SVP of Product at Alloy Labs where he leads the Ventures team. In this role, he operates the Concept Lab, an accelerator program with the sole focus of ushering fintechs into their first bank partnerships. Samer is also an investor through the Alloy Alchemist Fund, angel investor, and mentor to dozens of other startups.

Samer specializes in the identification and pursuit of the key questions that define our behaviors, products, and our organizations. He is most passionate about finding key insights that others miss, that are the foundation for something transformative and then converting them into a strategy and operational engine that becomes disruptive. This is why he is continually drawn to entrepreneurs.

Samer was the Co-Founder and COO at Wala, the first neobank in sub-Saharan Africa, where his team addressed issues that prevent the world's underbanked from accessing basic financial services, utilizing the most innovative tools available in the market, including Dala, a blockchain-based cryptocurrency designed and launched by the Wala team.

Samer holds master's and bachelor's degrees in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
