1. Bright Sparks

Who are the rising stars in your company? Introduce your high achievers to the Flame community with our Bright Sparks programme, open to anyone under 35 who has never attended Flame before, and from companies with at least 1 standard delegate attending the main conference.

Bright Sparks will benefit from full access to the Flame conference with a discounted ticket. Bright Sparks passes subject to verification.

2. Multi-Booking Discount

Register 2 delegates and the 3rd and each subsequently registered delegate will benefit from a £200 discount. This discount only applies to packages that include the main conference. (Bright Sparks packages are not eligible for this offer.)

3. Complimentary passes for regulators, energy policy makers and ministers

We have a limited number of free delegates places for regulators, energy policy makers and ministers.

Paying by invoice

If you opt to pay by invoice you will be contacted for a credit card guarantee if the invoice is unpaid 3 weeks before the event.

When booking at other times, if your invoice is still unpaid two weeks before the event, you will be contacted for a credit card guarantee.

Flexible Registration Policy

Register your team for an all access or digital experience pass today knowing you're covered with our flexible registration policy. Any time before the event, you are welcome to substitute your all access pass for a digital experience pass, or vice versa. Simply contact us, and we will either charge you the difference for upgrading to all access or credit back the price for transferring to digital only.

When upgrading to an all access pass you will benefit from the early bird discount which was applicable at the time of your original registration.

Refund Policy

If the event in Amsterdam becomes digital your pass will be automatically changed to a virtual ticket and the difference refunded to you. Or you may request a full refund or transfer to next year.

If you have booked either an in-person or digital ticket you can receive a refund of the full amount up until 2 weeks before the event. You can swap ticket options (from in person to digital, or vice versa,) anytime up until the event.

Certified by the CPD Certification Service

Flame is now a CPD certified event. Attendees can request a CPD certificate after attending the event.

If you are based in the European Union with a registered VAT number please supply your company’s VAT number in the ‘VAT number’ field when supplying your billing details on the booking form. If you do not provide the VAT number you will be charged VAT.
