Ana is the founder of E&A Law Limited, an innovative English law firm which combines energy specialism with expertise in EU, international law and arbitration. She regularly advises states, international institutions and energy companies on EU energy law including on price cap on gas, and clean energy package, the inter-relationship between EU and international law and the impact on sanctions. She has negotiated concession agreements to construct large energy infrastructure, host government agreements as well as advised on EU environmental law concerning large energy projects including LNG Terminals and nuclear power stations. Ana regularly acts as counsel in gas price reviews, commercial and investment treaty arbitrations and has appeared before the Court of Justice of the EU. In recent years she has been appointed as arbitrator in large energy disputes and has been a member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague since 2019. Ana is ranked amongst the top 15 UK Energy (Oil and Gas) lawyers as well as Energy (Power and Renewables) by Chambers & Partners.
