Eunice Ribeiro is an energy and decarbonisation markets specialist focused on turning policy ambition into scalable, investable market outcomes. She is Senior Public Affairs Director at STX Group, where she connects EU regulation with commercial strategy across renewable fuels, biomethane, renewable hydrogen derivatives, energy efficiency and carbon markets, helping teams anticipate market shifts, design credible compliance pathways, and unlock durable demand signals. Prior to STX, she worked at Galp on renewable hydrogen projects and served as Portugal’s Expert Representative to the European Commission under the Horizon 2020 programme, bridging public institutions, industry and academia on strategic innovation initiatives. Eunice holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering, and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School.
