Frits is Program manager Biomethane at Gasunie and as such responsible for the continuous development of the biomethane strategy and Gasunie’s biomethane portfolio. Frits joined Gasunie in 2018 as a senior consultant and after working for a few years in the government affairs department fulfilled several management positions within the company. Frits has been involved in the company’s new energy and infrastructure (incl. LNG) developments ever since. Frits has a legal, financial and international relations background and before joining Gasunie worked 10+ years in several strategy and regulatory teams in the industrial and energy-production sector.
