Jana Kavicka is an energy professional with over 15 years of experience in European gas and renewable energy markets, currently Business Developer at NaTran (formerly GRTgaz). Since 2024, she has been leading the Commercial Working Group of the H2med initiative, a major European hydrogen corridor designed to connect Iberian hydrogen production with French and German demand centers. In this role, she coordinates the definition and deployment of the joint commercial strategy alongside infrastructure partners including REN, Enagás, Téréga, OGE, NaTran Deutschland and Barmar SPV.

Her responsibilities include structuring the market approach, engaging with industrial off-takers and producers, assessing supply and demand scenarios, and contributing to the design of allocation and contracting principles for cross-border hydrogen capacity. Prior to this, she spent nearly a decade within ENGIE Group in gas supply and portfolio management roles.
