Pat van de Loosdrecht is a highly accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in the energy and petrochemical industries, known for her versatility and strategic acumen. As a Board Member and Advisor, Pat excels at guiding leadership translate complex business strategies to deliver growth and maximize value. Her extensive experience includes P&L responsibility, expertise in business strategy, strategic relations, project management, governance and business and commercial negotiations. Pat’s international career spans Africa, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. A recognised thought leader, Pat was named one of the 2022 Top 50 Pan African Female Leaders in Energy .

Currently Pat serves as the Southern Africa Chair and Board member for Lean In Equity & Sustainability. Her commitment to empowering women in male-dominated sectors is evidenced as the founder of the Lean In Network: Southern Africa Leaders and the various roles and activities she is involved in globally.

An advocate for impact-driven leadership, Pat is known for her authenticity, inclusivity, and ability to connect and build bridges. Driven by purpose, defined by passion and professionalism, she aspires to creating sustainable, equitable change.

Pat is a Chemical Engineer, with a MBA, and a Certified Director.
