Profile
Pierre Duvieusart began his career with John Cockerill in Belgium in 1992 as an engineer designing equipment for combined cycle and cogeneration plants.
That same year, he joined Elf Aquitaine, serving as a Project Economist and then Financial Controller in the Exploration & Production Division. There, he was involved in a number of major international projects, including development of the Chad-Cameroon oil pipeline, in partnership with Exxon, Shell and the World Bank.
In 1999, Pierre Duvieusart joined Entenial (AGF-Allianz group) as Manager for Infrastructure & Energy. He acquired expertise in infrastructure project financing (renewable energies, cogeneration plants, concessions).
In 2001, he joined Gaz de France as M&A Project Manager, before joining the team tasked with managing the company’s public listing.
In 2006, he became Manager of the Financial Division at GRDF.
In 2012, he was appointed Financial Director of NaTran.
In 2018, he was appointed Deputy CEO of NaTran.
He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board at NaTran Deutschland and Chairman of the Union Nationale des Employeurs des Industries Gazières, a French employers’ association representing companies in the gas industry
He is a graduate of UCLouvain (1989) and the IFP School.
